"I want a laser printer "

I print mostly in black but need color capability. In most days I do not print more than 100 pages. However, there are days when I need to print several hundreds of pages quickly. It needs to have two different trays of feeding paper; one for new paper and the other for scrap paper with one side previously used. Low cost for cartridge will be welcome. Not too bulky and stylish look is essential for counter top use.

Laser printer advice: prices and reviews

Requiring that your laser printer be able to print color will add significantly to the size and cost (both in the printer and the print cartridges you will need). Finding a two tray printer is also a bit harder. Maybe swap in the clean paper when you need that?

Consider getting a workhorse laser printer for your black and white printing and then a cheap inkjet for your color printing. That's what we do.

If you still want the B&W plus color laser, these are consistently rated the best:

If you decide to go black and white only laser, below is a highly rated option.
