Address Leaking Roofs ASAP

I'm sure you are aware that you shouldn't put off fixing a leaking roof for too long, so I won't lecture you on that.

Shoulda called a roofer!

OK, just a little: any water seepage into your home can cause a lot of problems that you won't want to deal with later, including potential health and safety issues.

Moisture inside your wall cavities can lead to harmful and costly to remove mold, will reduce the effectiveness of your insulation resulting in higher energy bills and can compromise the structural integrity or your roofing and wall systems. None of this is good.

Get in touch with a local roofer and get your shingles repaired and your leaks plugged!

Damage in the field of shingles: for older roofs the leak may be in the shingle field itself, look for missing or damaged shingles and signs of excessive wear and age
